Delivery Charge
We provide free delivery for orders which are $100.00 & above. For orders that are below $100.00, there will be a delivery surcharge of $20.00.
Delivery Day & Timing
Delivery will be made within 1-2 working days upon your processing your orders.
Delivery are made on weekdays during office hours, approximately between 9am to 4.30pm. If there is any time range you need us to avoid, please indicate in the remarks before checking out, or you can give us a call and we will put in the request for you and try our best to arrange accordingly. Do note that the request is not a guarantee. If we are unable to meet your request, we will give you a call to work something out.
Missed Delivery
When we send the orders and there is no one around to receive, our drivers will leave behind a missed delivery slip at your door. If you have received the missed delivery slip, give us a call at +65 6547 0772 or send an email to us at [email protected] and we will work out a day when we can arrange a
re-delivery to you!
Exchange & Return of Items
Items can only be exchanged if there is a defect with the products or if we sent you a wrong item. For defective products, you can exchange your items with Golden Horn within 7 days from the delivery date as we will not be able to guarantee the quality for any period longer than that since we can’t confirm the storage condition on your end.
If you have placed a wrong order and would like to exchange it, you can email us and arrange to come down to our office at Block 3015A Ubi Road 1 , #06-04 , Singapore 408705 to do the exchange within 3 working days of receipt of item.
