It is produced by hand using 100% organic whole rye flour, real sour sourdough, Çankırı Rock Salt and purified water, using completely traditional methods. With its low glycemic index and high fiber ratio, it keeps you full for a long time and can be used comfortably in diets. It is made from 100% whole rye flour. There is no added wheat flour in it.
No additional preservatives, rising, thickeners or colorants are used in any of the breads.
